Mrs Lily Tapscott was born in 1893, in Stout, a hamlet of High Ham, <\/span>Somerset<\/span>. She remembers when there was a signpost on the village green which read \u201cBeer\u201d in one direction, \u201cStout\u201d in another and \u201cPedwell\u201d in the third.<\/span><\/div>\n
