Ar trebui mai \u00eentii de toate sa definim ce este corup\u0163ia, care este motivul pentru care unii primesc sau&nbsp; cer mita.&nbsp; Care sunt consecin\u0163ele d\u0103rii de mit\u0103&nbsp; pentru securitatea na\u0163ional\u0103 si ce ne spune Noul Cod Penal despre&nbsp; darea de mit\u0103.&nbsp; Corup\u0163ia este un fenomen complex, care \u00ee\u015fi are r\u0103d\u0103cinile \u00een istoria&nbsp; socio-cultural\u0103 a unei \u0163\u0103ri, \u00een dezvoltarea sa economic\u0103&nbsp; \u015fi politic\u0103&nbsp; \u015fi \u00een politicile \u015fi tradi\u0163ile sale birocratice.
