Factorii economici cuprind totalitatea elementelor de natur\u0103 economic\u0103 cu ac\u0163iune direct\u0103 asupra activit\u0103\u0163ii \u00eentreprinderilor:<br \/>a. pia\u0163a intern\u0103 \u015fi pia\u0163a extern\u0103 \u2013 pentru a valorifica oportunit\u0103\u0163ile pie\u0163ei este necesar ca firma de afaceri interna\u0163ionale s\u0103 studieze pia\u0163a, ob\u0163in\u00e2nd informa\u0163ii despre: cerere \u015fi ofert\u0103, pre\u0163uri, concuren\u0163\u0103, toate duc\u00e2nd la fundamentarea deciziilor de produc\u0163ie, aprovizionare, v\u00e2nzare, import-export.<br \/>b. p\u00e2rghiile economico-financiare \u2013 acestea trebuie s\u0103 asigure, pe de o parte, promovarea pluralismului economic \u015fi, pe de alt\u0103 parte, \u00eenf\u0103ptuirea unui mecanism economico-financiar centrat pe principiile de pia\u0163\u0103. \u00cen acest scop, o pozi\u0163ie central\u0103 o de\u0163ine realizarea cointeres\u0103rii materiale, ce trebuie ob\u0163inute printr-un sistem de salarizare stimulativ \u015fi prin stimularea agen\u0163ilor economici prin ob\u0163inerea unui profit mul\u0163umitor. Factorii de management exogeni firmei sunt:<br \/>a. mecanismul de planificare macroeconomic\u0103 \u2013 nu una imperativ\u0103, de tip centralizat, ci una inteligent\u0103, orientativ\u0103 \u015fi stimulativ\u0103, incitativ\u0103;<br \/>b. sistemul de organizare a economiei na\u0163ionale \u2013 ameliorat \u015fi s\u0103 precizeze clar atribu\u0163iile \u015fi competen\u0163ele fiec\u0103rei institu\u0163ii a statului \u015fi a modului cum ele trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi perfec\u0163ioneze activitatea pentru a stimula dezvoltarea afacerilor;<br \/>c. modalit\u0103\u0163ile de coordonare \u2013 care s\u0103 urm\u0103reasc\u0103: privatizarea rapid\u0103, restructurarea, retehnologizarea, precum \u015fi asigurarea realiz\u0103rii celor 3 D: debirocratizarea, descentralizarea, dezetatizarea.<\/p>\n<p>C. Factorii tehnici \u015fi tehnologici sunt:<br \/>a. nivelul tehnic al utilajelor;<br \/>b. calitatea tehnologiei;<br \/>c. creativitatea \u015fi inovarea;<br \/>d. pre\u0163urile tehnologiei;<br \/>e. politica de investi\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p>D. Factorii demografici sunt:<br \/>a. num\u0103rul popula\u0163iei;<br \/>b. structura socio-profesional\u0103;<br \/>c. popula\u0163ia activ\u0103;<br \/>d. nivelul de preg\u0103tire a lucr\u0103torilor \u015fi managerilor.<\/p>\n<p>E. Factorii socio-culturali sunt:<br \/>a. structura social\u0103 a popula\u0163iei;<br \/>b. ocrotirea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii;<br \/>c. \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul;<br \/>d. cultura;<br \/>e. \u015ftiin\u0163a;<br \/>f. mentalitatea.<\/p>\n<p>F. Factorii politici sunt:<br \/>a. politica economic\u0103 \u015fi social\u0103;<br \/>b. politica \u015ftiin\u0163ei \u015fi \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului;<br \/>c. politica extern\u0103;<br \/>d. politica monetar\u0103, valutar\u0103, fiscal\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>G.
