Pentru Republica Moldova aceasta, \u00eens\u0103, constituie un domeniu al managementului nou si putin studiat. Un numar nesemnificativ de \u00eentreprinderi autohtone iau \u00een consideratie cultura organizational\u0103, neglij\u00eend impactul major asupra pocesului decizional, de control.
