Acest drept presupune ca nevele comerciale s\u0103 poat\u0103 naviga prin marea teritorial\u0103 a altui stat, f\u0103r\u0103 a intra \u00een apele interioare \u015fi s\u0103 traverseze marea teritorial\u0103 spre porturi sau din porturi spre larg.<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 19.5px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pentru a fi inofensiv\u0103, trecerea trebuie s\u0103 fie continu\u0103 \u015fi rapid\u0103.
