Northern (Arctic) Federal University<\/a>\u00a0(Arkhangelsk, North-West Russia) invites PhD\u00a0students to participate in the\u00a0International PhD School<\/strong>\u201cRussia in\u00a0the\u00a0Arctic Dialogue\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0that will take place at the university venue in March 2019 as\u00a0a\u00a0side event of\u00a0the\u00a0V International Arctic Forum \u201cArctic: Territory\u00a0of\u00a0Dialogue\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The\u00a0School will touch upon contemporary issues of the Arctic region in various aspects. The School participants will take part in interactive sessions, cultural and site visits, debates and other events within and alongside the Forum. On the top of that, Forum participants are to be keynote lecturers of the school.<\/p>\n

You will find more information in an announcement letter\u00a0attached<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tentative dates<\/strong>
5 working days during the weeks 13-14 in the end of March \u2013 beginning of April, 2019\u00a0(to be coordinated with the Forum schedule)<\/em><\/p>\n

Application deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>October 30, 2018.<\/p>\n

Language of instruction:\u00a0<\/strong>English<\/p>\n

Who is eligible to participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

PhD students from Arctic and non-Arctic countries, and international PhD students studying at Russian universities.<\/p>\n
