Neither a citizen of the Czech Republic, nor a citizen of a member state of the\u00a0European Union, nor any other foreign national with a permit to permanent residence\u00a0on the\u00a0territory of the Czech Republic may, therefore, be granted this type of\u00a0scholarship. Furthermore, the\u00a0scholarships may not be granted to persons under\u00a018 years of age.
