ICC Dispute Resolution Services offers students who wish to complement their studies and their first experience in arbitration to learn further in an international environment.<\/p>\n<p>The Secretariat of the ICC Court of Arbitration is currently looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Arbitration Interns for our Arbitration Case Management Teams<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The internship is for a non-flexible period of 3 months starting on\u00a03 January 2019.\u00a0The Intern will be under the supervision of a Counsel of one of the arbitration case management teams in Paris.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arbitration Trainees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Traineeship is for a non-flexible period of 6 months\u00a0starting\u00a03 January 2019<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>The Trainee will be under the supervision of a Counsel of one of the arbitration case management teams in Paris.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Tasks entrusted to the Interns and the Trainees include:<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Read and draft documents related to arbitration cases in English (French and Spanish are required for specific teams)<\/li>\n<li>draft in English (French and Spanish are required for specific teams)<\/li>\n<li>legal research and read legal documents in English and one of the languages listed below<\/li>\n<li>preparation of conferences<\/li>\n<li>translation of legal documents<\/li>\n<li>ad hoc assignments as requested by the teams and the services of the Secretariat to which the intern may be assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Eligibility<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate needs to still be registered as a student during the time of the internship. Recent graduates who are not anymore enrolled in an educational program are therefore not eligible to do an Internship at ICC;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English is a requirement. Being fluent in one of the following languages is an advantage: Arabic, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish or any Eastern European language;<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to students in international commercial law arbitration with strong academic credentials and prior work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Benefits<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>The Intern will receive a monthly gratification of about EUR 500 + meal vouchers + partial compensation of public transport costs;<\/li>\n<li>Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland should get an appropriate visa from the French consulate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>How to apply?<\/h1>\n<p>Applications should be addressed in English only by email addressed to the Selection Committee (Attn.
