The programme “JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowships” enables researchers in Switzerland to stay in Japan for 12 to 24 months.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

For a number of years, the SNSF has acted as the nomination body for the Postdoctoral Fellowships of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). In 2023, the SNSF can propose two researchers to the JSPS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Researchers interested in the fellowships are invited to submit their applications by 12 January 2023. The forms provided by the JSPS for this purpose must be used and the relevant conditions must be taken into consideration. The completed forms and all necessary enclosures must be sent by e-mail to international@snf.ch as a scanned attachment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

After evaluation by the SNSF, the JSPS will evaluate the applications nominated by the SNSF and inform the candidates about the funding decision by spring\/summer 2023. The selected researchers must commence their stays at the latest on 30 November 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
