It welcomes applications from high level international scholars and scientists primarily in the fields of the social sciences and the humanities (SSH).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Available positions for the 2023-2024\u00a0academic year :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Aix-Marseille\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fias-fp.eu\/about-us\/institutes\/imera-aix-marseille\">Aix-Marseille<\/a>: 4<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Loire Valley\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fias-fp.eu\/about-us\/institutes\/le-studium-loire-valley\">Loire Valley (Orl\u00e9ans-Tours)<\/a>: 3<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Lyon\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fias-fp.eu\/about-us\/institutes\/collegium-de-lyon\">Lyon<\/a>: 10<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Montpellier\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fias-fp.eu\/about-us\/institutes\/makit-montpellier\">Montpellier<\/a>: 3<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Nantes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fias-fp.eu\/about-us\/institutes\/nantes-ias\">Nantes<\/a>: 4<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Paris\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fias-fp.eu\/about-us\/institutes\/paris-ias\">Paris<\/a>: 13<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The call is open to all disciplines in the SSH and all research fields. Research projects from other sciences that features a transversal dialogue with SSH are also eligible.\u00a0It is highly recommended to check the Institutes webpages to learn more about their focus, scientific priorities and partners.<\/p>\n<p>The Fellows will benefit from the support and conducive scientific environment offered by the IAS characterized by an\u00a0interdisciplinary cohort of fellows and a close relation to the local research potential. The fellows will be free to organize their work and conduct research as they wish.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"eligibility\">Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>FIAS awards fellowships to outstanding researchers of all career levels, from postdoctoral researchers to senior scientists. The minimum requirement is a\u00a0<strong>PhD + 2 years of research experience at the time of the application<\/strong>.
