{"id":81389,"date":"2021-12-14T23:59:13","date_gmt":"2021-12-14T23:59:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plopandrei.com\/?p=81389"},"modified":"2021-12-14T23:59:13","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T23:59:13","slug":"earto-policy-officer-job-in-brussels-belgium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvnextjob.com\/index.php\/2021\/12\/14\/earto-policy-officer-job-in-brussels-belgium\/","title":{"rendered":"EARTO Policy Officer job in #Brussels, #Belgium\/"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-81390\" src=\"http:\/\/plopandrei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/cropped-earto-october-events-2020_1-1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>EARTO is currently looking for an experienced Policy Officer and wishes to engage this person as from 14th February 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks in Supporting the Secretary General with:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tracking European research and innovation policies of interest to the association,<\/li>\n<li>managing EARTO Working Groups: preparing meetings, minutes, following actions, etc.<\/li>\n<li>preparing position papers with EARTO experts,<\/li>\n<li>managing\/coordinating projects with external stakeholders (g. with OECD, JRC)<\/li>\n<li>ensuring members\u2019 engagement in EARTO activities,<\/li>\n<li>managing relations with the European Commission, Parliament, Council\/ Member States, other research &amp; business actors, and regions on key dossiers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years, preferably Brussels-based European associations experience and\/or EU Research &amp; Innovation policy experience,<\/li>\n<li>Master level (preferably in economics with knowledge in EU affairs)<\/li>\n<li>Good writing\/editing skills (in English),<\/li>\n<li>Organisational ability,<\/li>\n<li>Have a taste for networking,<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, pro-active attitude,<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English plus other EU languages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Applications with CV and remuneration expectations to EARTO Secretary General at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:attane@earto.eu\">attane@earto.eu<\/a>\u00a0by 23th December 2021.
