Which problems of EU external action was it supposed to solve, and how do you assess its track record?<\/li>\n<li>Can bureaucratic\u00a0responsiveness reduce\u00a0the EU&#8217;s democratic deficit?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The additional essay should be sent to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:grad-admissions@hertie-school.org\">grad-admissions[at]hertie-school[dot]org<\/a>\u00a0after a standard application has been submitted.
