IDF Europe is looking for a new Project Management Intern to join the team. The job holder will support IDF Europe\u2019s participation in different European projects, including those requiring patient engagement and dissemination of results (under the supervision of IDF Europe Regional Manager).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Internship assignment: 6 months<\/p>\n

Specific responsibilities include:
\n\u2022 Supporting IDF Europe\u2019s involvement in EU-funded projects
\n\u2022 Assisting with the coordination of IDF Europe\u2019s contribution to different projects
\n\u2022 Liaising with project partners and attending project meetings
\n\u2022 Assisting with the timely delivery of IDF Europe obligations and commitments as set out in project agreements;
\n\u2022 Being the focal point of contact between IDF Europe and patients involved in projects;
\n\u2022 Keeping track of deadlines in terms of commitments, deliverables and reports in accordance with the grant agreement
\n\u2022 Drafting reports, presentations and other material
\n\u2022 Supporting IDF Europe communication assistant in promoting projects visibility on social media and ensuring effective dissemination
\n\u2022 Performing various administrative tasks linked to the projects<\/p>\n

Desired profile:
\n\u2022 Preferably, a Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in Health or Life Sciences, or another related\/relevant field;
\n\u2022 Excellent written and spoken English, with knowledge of a second\/third language an asset
\n\u2022 Good project management skills
\n\u2022 Ability to communicate project results in lay language to an identified relevant audience;
\n\u2022 Sound knowledge of communication tools and techniques
\n\u2022 Ability to plan and prioritise
\n\u2022 Outgoing personality and a team player
\n\u2022 An interest in health issues; experience in diabetes or related clinical field would be an asset
\n\u2022 Right to live and work in Belgium without requiring a work permit<\/p>\n
