You will also need to be very familiar with Irish policy issues and where they stand in the EU and international context.<\/p>\n<p>A minimum of a Master\u2019s degree ideally in the area of public policy\/international affairs is essential, as well as a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the area, and a proven ability to articulate, manage and undertake high quality research in these fields.<\/p>\n<p>The post holder will need to be highly responsive to the fast-changing global and EU policy environment and capable of thinking strategically as to how to consistently translate or combine ideas into project proposals. \u00a0A proven ability to lead, manage, motivate and mentor the Research Team are also essential for the position.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>How to Apply<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply, to discuss further, or\u00a0to request a copy of the candidate briefing document, please contact Susan Kennedy at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:susan.kennedy@2into3.com?subject=IIIEA%3A%20Director%20of%20Research\">susan.kennedy@2into3.com<\/a>\u00a0or (086) 792-4696.
