OBIECTUL CONTRACTULUI<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.1. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. declar ca dau cu titlu de imprumut lui &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. suma de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. dolari S.U.A., reprezentand echivalentul a &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. lei, calculat la cursul de schimb valutar de astazi &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 1 dolar S.U.A. = &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. lei.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.2. Imprumutul se face in conditiile art. 1576 Cod civil, cu obligatia imprumutatului de a restitui integral suma imprumutata in dolari S.U.A., in &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; ani\/luni de la semnarea prezentului contract.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.3. Imprumutul se face cu o dobanda de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;% pe an, ce reprezinta dobanda acordata de Banca &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. S.A. la depozit.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">III. OBLIGATIILE PARTILOR<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.1. Imprumutatul declara ca a primit cu titlu de imprumut de la imprumutator suma de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. dolari S.U.A. reprezentand echivalentul a &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. lei, calculat la cursul de schimb valutar din data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. cand 1 dolar = &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. lei.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.2. Imprumutatul este de acord cu termenul si conditiile de rambursare a imprumutului prevazute in prezentul contract cu mentiunea ca se obliga sa restituie integral suma imprumutata in dolari S.U.A.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">IV. DURATA CONTRACTULUI<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.1. Imprumutul se acorda pe un termen de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. ani\/luni incepand de la data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. data autentificarii si pana la data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">V. GARANTII SI RASPUNDERI<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.1. In vederea garantarii imprumutului, imprumutatul constituie in favoarea imprumutatorului o ipoteca conventionala asupra apartamentului nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. din blocul &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, scara &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.., etajul &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, situat in &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; str. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, compus in intregime din &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; camere de locuit si dependinte, si este de acord cu inscrierea acestei ipoteci in Registrul de transcriptiuni si inscriptiuni imobiliare al Judecatoriei &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.2. Apartamentul este dobandit prin cumparare in baza contractului de vanzare-cumparare autentificat sub nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;\/&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.., transcris sub nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..\/&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; de Judecatoria &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, de la &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. . Din contractul mentionat rezulta ca &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; a dobandit apartamentul, la randul sau, prin cumparare, in baza contractului de vanzare-cumparare autentificat sub nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;\/&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, si transcris sub nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\/&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; de Judecatoria &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.3. Pentru acest apartament sunt platite la zi taxele si impozitele de catre &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, conform certificatului fiscal nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\/&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. emis de Administratia financiara &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.4. Imprumutatul cunoaste dispozitiile art. 292 Cod penal cu privire la fals in declaratii atunci cand declara ca apartamentul mai sus mentionat nu a trecut in proprietatea statului in baza vreunui act normativ, nu este instrainat, fiind in mod legal si continuu in proprietatea si posesia sa, de la data dobandirii si pana in prezent si nici nu este grevat de sarcini, astfel cum rezulta din certificatul nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..\/&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. eliberat de Judecatoria &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.5. Imprumutatul se obliga sa nu instraineze apartamentul si sa nu-l mai ipotecheze pana la plata integrala a acestui imprumut.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VI. LITIGII<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.1. Partile au convenit ca eventualele litigii, in cazul in care nu este posibila rezolvarea pe cale amiabila, sa le defere instantei judecatoresti competente.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VII. CLAUZE FINALE<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\nArial;\">7.1. In cazul nerestituirii imprumutului la termenul stipulat in prezentul contract, imprumutatorul este in drept sa investeasca prezentul contract cu formula executorie fara somatie sau punere in intarziere si sa ceara executarea sa prin scoaterea la vanzare a imobilului, ce constituie garantie pentru acoperirea sumei imprumutate si a cheltuielilor de executare.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.2. Imprumutatul convine sa se prezinte personal sau prin mandatar la Judecatoria &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">in vederea luarii inscriptiei ipotecare asupra imobilului ce-l aduce garantie.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.3. Taxa de autentificare, timbrul judiciar si onorariul notarial sunt suportate de imprumutat.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.4.
