OBIECTUL CONTRACTULUI<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.1. Obiectul contractului il constituie predarea de catre locator si, in mod corelativ, primirea de catre locatar a gestiunii<sup>*)<\/sup> &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; in suprafata de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; din care<sup>**)<\/sup> &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.2. a)<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Predarea-primirea obiectului prezentului contract se efectueaza pe baza de proces-verbal de <span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>predare-primire incheiat de imputernicitii partilor, la data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. si face <span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>parte integranta din acesta.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>b)<span>&nbsp; <\/span>In procesul-verbal de predare-primire se va consemna gradul de uzura a bunurilor care vor <span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>face obiectul sau.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">III. DURATA CONTRACTULUI<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.1. Durata contractului este de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, cu incepere de la data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. si pana la data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.2. La incheierea duratei contractului, locatarul are drept de preemtiune pentru prelungirea acestuia sau pentru negocierea unui nou contract.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">IV. OBLIGATIILE PARTILOR<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.1. Locatorul de gestiune se obliga:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>a)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa puna la dispozitia locatarului gestiunea care face obiectul prezentului contract, in stare de functionare, cu tot inventarul de spatiu, echipamentul industrial\/comercial mijloacele fixe, obiectele de inventar, mijloacele circulante existente in stoc la data predarii-primirii, asa cum rezulta din procesul-verbal de evaluare;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>b)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa efectueze, contra cost, inainte sau dupa predare, dar nu mai tarziu de ziua de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. in conformitate cu conventia partilor, lucrari de amenajare si de reparatii capitale;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18\n\npt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>c)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa asigure, la cerea locatarului, contra cost, servicii ca: aprovizionare tehnico-materiala; comercializarea produselor; transportul, recrutarea si formarea personalului; livrarea de utilitati si efectuarea de reparatii curente; tinerea evidentei contabile, intocmirea bilantului si alte servicii financiare; asistenta tehnica de specialitate; acces la calea ferata uzinala, podul rulant etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>d)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">in cazul in care locatarul intelege sa-si desfasoare activitatea de gestionare in mod independent, cu mijloace proprii, acest lucru se va efectua in baza unei intelegeri prealabile, prin act aditional la prezentul contract.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.2. Locatarul de gestiune se obliga:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>a)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa procedeze la preluarea gestiunii pe baza de proces-verbal de predare-primire care se va incheia pana la data prevazuta in prezentul contract;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>b)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa pastreze integritatea tuturor bunurilor pe care le va prelua de la locatorul de gestiune si sa le intretina, in mod corespunzator, luand masuri de prevenirea deteriorarii, degradarii sau distrugerii lor;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>h)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa plateasca lunar, la termen, pretul locatiei gestiunii, pana la data stabilita prin prezentul contract;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>i)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa achite locatorului, in termen de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. zile de la data primirii notelor de plata, cota parte ce-i revine din taxele de canal, apa si salubritate, contravaloarea energiei electrice si termice, a gazelor naturale, a abonamentului si serviciilor telefonice si altele asemenea, care nu fac parte integranta din pretul locatiei de gestiune;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>j)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa achite lunar, pana la data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; contravaloarea amortismentelor calculate pentru capitalul imobilizat in active corporale si necorporale;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>k)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>l)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa nu cesioneze, inchirieze sau sa dea in folosinta, ori prin alt mod, sa nu instraineze locatiunea de gestiune unei terte persoane;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>n)<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sa restituie toate spatiile si bunurile pe care le-a preluat de la locator, in stare corespunzatoare de folosinta.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">V. PRETUL SI MODALITATI DE PLATA<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.1. Pretul locatiei de gestiune este de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; pe &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, locatarul obligandu-se sa-l achite pana la data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.2. Plata se efectueaza locatorului astfel: &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.3. Pretul locatiei de gestiune se va indexa lunar\/trimestrial\/semestrial, in raport de rata medie lunara a inflatiei.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VI. CLAUZA PENALA<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; te\n\nxt-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.1. INCETAREA CONTRACTULUI<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.1. Prezentul contract inceteaza de plin drept, fara a mai fi necesara interventia unui\/unei tribunal arbitral\/instante judecatoresti, in cazul in care una dintre parti:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">nu isi executa una dintre obligatiile esentiale enumerate la pct. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;., din prezentul contract;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">este declarata in stare de incapacitate de plata sau a fost declansata procedura de lichidare (faliment) inainte de inceperea executarii prezentului contract;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">cesioneaza drepturile si obligatiile sale prevazute de prezentul contract fara acordul celeilalte parti;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">isi incalca vreuna dintre obligatiile sale, dupa ce a fost avertizata, printr-o notificare scrisa, ca o noua nerespectare a acestora va duce la rezolutiunea\/rezilierea prezentului contract.<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sau<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>&#8211;<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">in termen de &#8230;&#8230;.. zile de la data primirii notificarii prin care i s-a adus la cunostinta ca nu si-a executat ori isi executa in mod necorespunzator oricare dintre obligatiile ce-i revin.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.2. Partea care invoca o cauza de incetare a prevederilor prezentului contract o va notifica celeilalte parti, cu cel putin &#8230;&#8230;&#8230; zile inainte de data la care incetarea urmeaza sa-si produca efectele.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.3. Rezilierea prezentului contract nu va avea nici un efect asupra obligatiilor deja scadente intre partile contractante.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.4. Prevederile prezentului (capitol, articol, alineat) &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. nu inlatura raspunderea partii care in mod culpabil a cauzat incetarea contractului.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VIII. FORTA MAJORA<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">8.1. Nici una dintre partile contractante nu raspunde de neexecutarea la termen sau\/si de executarea in mod necorespunzator &#8211; total sau partial &#8211; a oricarei obligatii care ii revine in baza prezentului contract, daca neexecutarea sau executarea necorespunzatoare a obligatiei respective a fost cauzata de forta majora, asa cum este definita de lege.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">8.2. Partea care invoca forta majora este obligata sa notifice celeilalte parti, in termen de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; (zile, ore), producerea evenimentului si sa ia toate masurile posibile in vederea limitarii consecintelor lui.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">8.3. Daca in termen de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; (zile, ore) de la producere, evenimentul respectiv nu inceteaza, partile au dreptul sa-si notifice incetarea de plin drept a prezentului contract fara ca vreuna dintre ele sa pretinda daune-interese.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">IX. NOTIFICARI<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">9.1. In acceptiunea partilor contractante, orice notificare adresata de una dintre acestea celeilalte este valabil indeplinita daca va fi transmisa la adresa\/sediul prevazut in partea introductiva a prezentului contract.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">9.2. In cazul in care notificarea se face pe cale postala, ea va fi transmisa, prin scrisoare recomandata, cu confirmare de primire (A.R.) si se considera primita de destinatar la data mentionata de oficiul postal primitor pe aceasta confirmare.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">9.3. Daca notificarea se trimite prin telex sau telefax, ea se considera primita in prima zi lucratoare dupa cea in care a fost expediata.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">9.4. Notificarile verbale nu se iau in considerare de nici una dintre parti, daca nu sunt confirmate, prin intermediul uneia dintre modalitatile prevazute la alineatele precedente.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">X. LITIGII<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">10.1. Partile au convenit ca toate neintelegerile privind validitatea prezentului contract sau rezultate din interpretarea, executarea sau incetarea acestuia sa fie rezolvate pe cale amiabila de reprezentantii lor.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">10.2. In cazul in care nu este posibila rezolvarea litigiilor pe cale amiabila, partile se vor adresa &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; .<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">XI. CLAUZE FINALE<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">11.1. Modificarea prezentului contract se face numai prin act aditional incheiat intre partile contractante.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1<\/p>\n<p>1.2. Prezentul contract, impreuna cu anexele sale care fac parte integranta din cuprinsul sau, reprezinta vointa partilor si inlatura orice alta intelegere verbala dintre acestea, anterioara sau ulterioara incheierii lui.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">11.3. In cazul in care partile isi incalca obligatiile lor, neexercitarea de partea care sufera vreun prejudiciu a dreptului de a cere executarea intocmai sau prin echivalent banesc a obligatiei respective nu inseamna ca ea a renuntat la acest drept al sau.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">11.4.
