Paratul ramane in deplina proprietate si posesie asupra bunurilor\/terenului agricol in suprafata de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.., avand ca vecini la N &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;., la S &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;, la E &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. si la V &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.3. Aceasta intelegere scrisa, neviciata, reprezinta vointa libera a partilor, act pe care il depun la instanta de judecata cu rugamintea de a fi consfintit printr-o hotarare judecatoreasca definitiva (fara drept de apel), in temeiul art. 271-273 Cod procedura civila.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">III. CLAUZA PENALA<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.1.
