Partile, constatand ca nici una dintre ele nu mai are posibilitatea sa-si execute obligatiile contractuale pe care si le-au asumat prin contractul\/contractele mentionate mai sus, au hotarat astazi, data incheierii si semnarii prezentului contract de tranzactie, sa renunte, fiecare, in parte, de a mai cere executarea acelor contracte, fara nici o alta pretentie (despagubiri, daune-interese, penalizari etc.) fata de partea care este in culpa.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.4. Ambele parti declara in mod expres ca, prin prezentul contract, au lichidat, irevocabil, orice pretentii izvorate din contractele sus-mentionate, litigiul\/litigiile dintre ele fiind in mod definitiv si irevocabil stinse.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.5. Prezentul contract serveste celor doua parti pentru clasarea cauzelor aflate pe rol la instantele judecatoresti\/arbitrale, precum si la efectuarea mentiunilor necesare in evidenta contabila a fiecareia dintre ele.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">III. CLAUZE FINALE<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.1. Modificarea prezentului contract se face numai prin act aditional incheiat intre partile contractante.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.2. Prezentul contract, impreuna cu anexele sale care fac parte integranta din cuprinsul sau, reprezinta vointa partilor si inlatura orice alta intelegere verbala dintre acestea, anterioara sau ulterioara incheierii lui.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 21.55pt; text-indent: -21.55pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.3.
