Contractul individual de munca incheiat cu Dl\/Dna &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. incadrat in functia (meseria) &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. la<sup>4) <\/sup>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; se desface incepand cu data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.., data la care expira preavizul de 15<sup>5) <\/sup>zile lucratoare la care are dreptul conform art. 131 alin. 1 din Codul muncii<sup>6)<\/sup>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2. Prezenta decizie se va comunica celui in cauza in termen de 5 zile de la emitere.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3. Impotriva prezentei decizii de desfacere a contractului individual de munca, cel in cauza se poate adresa cu contestatie la<sup>7) <\/sup>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. in termen de 30 de zile de la comunicare.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">ANGAJATOR,<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VIZAT<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">OF. JURIDIC<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>NOTE<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>1.<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Motivele desfacerii contractului de munca cu indicarea actului de constatare.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>2.<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Avizele sau &#8211; dupa caz &#8211; aprobarea ori hotararea cerute de art. 132 din Codul muncii in desfacerea contractului individual de munca.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>3.<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Se vor indica textele legale in temeiul carora se decide desfacerea contractului de munca.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>4.<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Compartimentul in care isi desfasoara activitatea.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>5.<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">In contractul Colectiv de munca la nivel national pe anul 1999\/2000 termenul este de 20 de zile lucratoare (art. 74 alin. 2) .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>6.<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Pentru cazurile de desfacere a contractului individual de munca prevazute la art. 130 lit. g-l din Codul muncii, mentiunea privind avizul nu se reitereaza in decizie.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 54pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span>7.<span style=\"font: 7pt &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Se indica organul competent sa solutioneze contestatia.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DECIZIE DE DESFACERE A CONTRACTULUI INDIVIDUAL DE MUNCA Nr. &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. din &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..
