Pentru fixarea constat\u0103rilor referitoare la amprenta incendiului \u015fi a urmelor, obiectelor \u015fi altor aspecte prezente la fa\u0163a locului se recurge la:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">\u2500 <span style=\"color: black;\">descrierea am\u0103nun\u0163it\u0103 a acestora (elemente componente, pozi\u0163ie, stare, alte elemente caracteristice) \u00een procesul verbal, de cercetare la fa\u0163a locului, \u00een rapoartele de constatare tehnico &#8211; \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103, de constatare medico-legal\u0103. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">\u2500<span style=\"color: black;\"> reprezentarea situa\u0163iei la fa\u0163a locului prin metode grafice(schi\u0163a locului incendiului) precum \u015fi \u00eenregistrarea acesteia prin mijloace tehnice audiovizuale.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">Pe parcursul examin\u0103rii situa\u0163iei la fa\u0163a locului, pentru precizarea provenien\u0163ei urmelor sau a obiectelor, a caracteristicilor \u015fi a transform\u0103rilor suferite de acestea precum \u015fi pentru reconstituirea situa\u0163iei ini\u0163iale sau a fenomenelor ce s-au produs \u00een timpul incendiului se folosesc:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">1.<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\"> Metode logice de ra\u0163ionament, cum sunt: identificarea, deduc\u0163ia, \u015fi induc\u0163ia, analiza \u015fi sinteza, compara\u0163ia, presupunerea \u015fi excluderea etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">2.<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\"> M\u0103surarea urmelor sau a obiectelor, determinarea formelor optice (lup\u0103, microscop etc.)<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">3.<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\"> Procedee \u015fi mijloace tehnico \u2013 \u015ftiin\u0163ifice (fizico-chimice) de cercetare \u015fi expertizare, care permit, \u00een principal:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; a) determinarea parametrilor de ardere a materialelor utiliz\u00e2nd bomba calorimetric\u0103, cuptorul de determinare a incompatibilit\u0103\u0163ii, blocul incandescent \u015fi alte aparate pentru stabilirea temperaturii de inflamare \u015fi aprindere a materialelor solide \u015fi&nbsp; a lichidelor combustibile, panoul radiant, analiza termodiferen\u0163ial\u0103 cu ajutorul termoderivatografului, determinarea indicelui de oxigen, aparatura pentru studierea densit\u0103\u0163ii fumului emis etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">b)<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\"> stabilirea prin calcul a bilan\u0163ului energetic al materialelor \u015fi substan\u0163elor aflate la locul incendiului.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">c)<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\"> identificarea prezen\u0163ei \u00een cenu\u015f\u0103, zgura funinginea topiturile sau materialele prelevate de la locul incendiului a unor substan\u0163e (mai des a ini\u0163iatorilor sau acceleratorilor de ardere) dau a unor componen\u0163i din structura&nbsp; lor. Acesta se poate realiza aplic\u00e2nd procedeele: luminiscen\u0163ei emise sub ac\u0163iunea radia\u0163iei ultraviolete (pentru urme de hidrocarburi) a radia\u0163iei X&nbsp; sau altor tipuri de radia\u0163ii excitante; analizei spectrale; cromatografiei; activ\u0103rii radioactive; polarimetriei, electroforezei etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">d)<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\"> analizarea \u015fi&nbsp; compararea suprafe\u0163elor \u015fi a contururilor obiectelor(metoda deplas\u0103rii suprafe\u0163elor).<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4. Experiment\u0103ri pentru determinarea mediului \u00een care ard unele substan\u0163e aflate la locul incendiului \u015fi a fenomenelor ce \u00eenso\u0163esc procesele de combustie.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5. Reconstituirea la obiectivul incendiat, \u00een alte obiective sau \u00een laborator a unor aspecte privind situa\u0163ia anterioar\u0103 incendiului \u00een sec\u0163iile afectate sau a posibilit\u0103\u0163ii ca unele reac\u0163ii, fenomene, activit\u0103\u0163i, etc. s\u0103 se fi desf\u0103\u015furat conform acelor declarate de martori ori \u00een modul presupus de investigatori.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reconstituirea&nbsp; se realizeaz\u0103 prin deduc\u0163ii \u015fi ra\u0163ionamente, prin refacerea (reconstituirea material\u0103 sau simularea), situa\u0163iei luate \u00een considerare sau prin experimentare (experimente probatorii) \u015fi confirm\u0103 sau infirm\u0103 versiunea analizat\u0103, iar adeseori permite stabilirea unor corela\u0163ii ori ob\u0163inerea unor date care au un rezultat din cercet\u0103rile \u00eentreprinse p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Literatura de specialitate subliniaz\u0103 limitele utiliz\u0103rii experimentelor probatorii, care dau rezultate pozitive \u00een&nbsp; numai \u00een unele cazuri, \u0163in\u00e2nd seama de greut\u0103\u0163ile \u00eent\u00e2mpinate \u00een reproducerea integral\u0103 a condi\u0163iilor ce existau \u00een momentul ini\u0163ierii incendiului(caracteristicile energetice ale sursei de ini\u0163iere, starea \u015fi dispunerea substan\u0163elor \u015fi a materialelor, condi\u0163iile schimbului de aer etc.), ce nu pot fi \u00eentotdeauna<\/p>\n<p> cunoscute \u00een totalitate.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Practica a demonstrat c\u0103 rezultatele analizelor \u015fi experien\u0163elor tehnico-\u015ftiin\u0163ifice trebuie \u00eentotdeauna interpretate \u00eentr-o str\u00e2ns\u0103 corelare cu toate elementele rezultate din cercetarea la fa\u0163a locului \u015fi cu celelalte activit\u0103\u0163i operative ale organelor care particip\u0103 la solu\u0163ionarea cazului. Absolutizarea rezultatului unei analize, f\u0103r\u0103 a \u0163ine seama de condi\u0163iile reale \u00een care s-a desf\u0103\u015furat evenimentul, poate conduce cercetarea la concluzii gre\u015fite.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Astfel, unii autorii critic\u0103 aplicarea f\u0103r\u0103 discern\u0103m\u00e2nt a rezultatului pozitiv al analizei metalografice a perl\u0103rilor specifice scurcircuitelor produse la conductoare sau piese din cupru. Metoda se bazeaz\u0103 pe faptul c\u0103&nbsp; scurtcircuitul care ini\u0163iaz\u0103 incendiul are loc \u00eentr-o atmosfer\u0103 care bogat\u0103 \u00een oxigen, condi\u0163ii \u00een care structura materialului apare oxidul cupric, spre deosebire de scurtcircuitul ap\u0103rut dup\u0103 izbucnirea incendiului, intr-un mediu cu un con\u0163inut redus de oxigen, care produce apari\u0163ia \u00een structura metalului a oxidului cupros.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Se consider\u0103 c\u0103 prezen\u0163a oxidului cupric, specific scurtcircuitelor de ini\u0163iere a incendiului este posibil\u0103 \u015fi \u00een cazul c\u00e2nd acestea se produc f\u0103r\u0103 declan\u015farea proceselor de ardere, \u00een spa\u0163ii&nbsp; \u00een care, din diferite motive (ventila\u0163ie \u00een func\u0163iune, geamuri sparte etc.) exist\u0103 u&nbsp; aport de puternic de aer proasp\u0103t.
