Organizare si functionare."},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>In 2006 membrii Parlamentului UE alcatuiau urmatorele grupari parlamentare politice : Grupul Partidului Poporului European si Democratilor Europeni ; grupul Partidului Socialistilor Europeni, Grupul Partidului European Liberal, Democrat si Reformist, Grupul Verzilor \/ Alianta Libera Europeana, Grupul Uniunii pentru o Europa a Natiunilor, Grupul Europa Democratilor si Diversitatii, Grupul Tehnic al  Membrilor Independenti, Grupul celor neinscrisi s.a. Numarul minim necesar pentru a forma un grup parlamentar este de 23 persoane, daca ei provin din 2 tari membre, 18 daca provin din 3 tari membre, 14 daca provin din 4 si mai multe tari membre. GR. politice nu pot fi compuse pe beza exclusiv nationala(cel putin 2 state).
