Bugetele UTA de nivelul II, sunt constituite din: bugetul raional si bugetele locale.<br \/>Bugetul unit\u0103\u0163ii teritoriale autonome cu statut juridic special, constituit din: bugetul central &#8211; totalitatea veniturilor \u015fi cheltuielilor necesare; bugetele locale bugetele satelor (comunelor), ora\u015felor (municipiilor) din componen\u0163a unit\u0103\u0163i autonome cu statut juridic special.<br \/>Bugetul municipiului B\u0103l\u0163i, constituit din:<br \/>a) bugetul municipal &#8211; totalitatea veniturilor \u015fi cheltuielilor necesare exercit\u0103rii func\u0163iilor ce sunt \u00een competen\u0163a municipiului;<br \/>b) bugetele locale &#8211; bugetele satelor (comunelor) din componen\u0163a municipiului.
