El are urm\u00e3toarele elemente definitorii:<br \/>1. denumire \u2013 \u00eenscris\u00e3 \u00een statutul de func\u0163ionare a firmei;<br \/>2. obiective \u2013 exprim\u00e3 rolul ce revine titularului de post \u00een realizarea obiectivelor de ansamblu ale firmei;<br \/>3. sarcini \u015fi atribu\u0163ii \u2013 sunt specifice fiec\u00e3rui post \u00een parte;<br \/>4. competen\u0163a organiza\u0163ional\u00e3 (oficial\u00e3, instituit\u00e3 sau de jure) \u2013 exprim\u00e3 limitele \u00een cadrul c\u00e3rora titularii de post au dreptul de a ac\u0163iona \u00een vederea realiz\u00e3rii activit\u00e3\u0163ii \u015fi exercit\u00e3rii atribu\u0163iilor.<br \/>Aceast\u00e3 competen\u0163\u00e3 poate fi:<br \/>&#8211; ierarhic\u00e3 \u2013 se exercit\u00e3 asupra subordona\u0163ilor \u015fi se concretizeaz\u00e3 \u00een declararea unor activit\u00e3\u0163i \u015fi decizii, exprim\u00e2nd cine \u015fi c\u00e2nd trebuie \u00eendeplinite activit\u00e3\u0163ile. Se exercit\u00e3 \u00een domeniul operativ;<br \/>&#8211; func\u0163ional\u00e3 \u2013 se exercit\u00e3 asupra unor activit\u00e3\u0163i \u015fi se concretizeaz\u00e3 \u00een proceduri, indica\u0163ii despre cum se realizeaz\u00e3 diferite activit\u00e3\u0163i. Se concretizeaz\u00e3 \u00een domeniul func\u0163ional.<br \/>\u00cen afara autorit\u00e3\u0163ii func\u0163ionale, titularii de posturi trebuie s\u00e3 de\u0163in\u00e3 \u015fi autoritate real\u00e3, autentic\u00e3, personal\u00e3 \u201cde facto\u201d reprezentat\u00e3 de: nivelul de preg\u00e3tire, profesionalism, caracter, exigen\u0163\u00e3, carisma personal\u00e3, care ofer\u00e3 tirularului de post, recunoa\u015fterea din partea colaboratorilor, a subordona\u0163ilor, a meritelor sale reale.<br \/>\u00centre cele 2 laturi ale competen\u0163ei trebuie s\u00e3 existe o latur\u00e3 de complementaritate, pentru c\u00e3 aceast\u00e3 autenticitate trebuie s\u00e3 fie deplin\u00e3.<br \/>5. responsabilitatea \u2013 reprezint\u00e3 obliga\u0163ia titularului de post de a \u00eendeplini sarcini \u015fi atribu\u0163ii \u015fi de a realiza obiectivele individuale ce revin fiec\u00e3rui post. Ea exprim\u00e3 atitudinea titularului de post fa\u0163\u00e3 de modul de realizare a sarcinilor \u015fi atribu\u0163iilor \u00eencredin\u0163ate.
