Structura echipei de negociere \u2013 complexitatea negocierilor interna\u0163ionale actuale impune ca tratativele s\u0103 se fac\u0103 de regul\u0103 de echipe interdisciplinare de negociatori. O echip\u0103 de negociere este de regul\u0103 format\u0103 din membrii permanen\u0163i \u015fi speciali\u015fti atra\u015fi \u00een func\u0163ie de aspectele specifice ale negocierii.
