Contractul individual de munca incheiat cu Dl\/Dna &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. incadrat in functia (meseria) &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. la<sup>4)&nbsp;<\/sup>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; se desface incepand cu data de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.., data la care expira preavizul de 15<sup>5)&nbsp;<\/sup>zile lucratoare la care are dreptul conform art. 131 alin. 1 din Codul muncii<sup>6)<\/sup>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2. Prezenta decizie se va comunica celui in cauza in termen de 5 zile de la emitere.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3. Impotriva prezentei decizii de desfacere a contractului individual de munca, cel in cauza se poate adresa cu contestatie la<sup>7)&nbsp;<\/sup>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. in termen de 30 de zile de la comunicare.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">ANGAJATOR,<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VIZAT<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">OF.
