Salariatul\/salariata va presta urmatoarele activitati: &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. Activitatea prestata se desfasoara in conditii deosebite de munca &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;., grupa de munca &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. timpul lucrat in aceste conditii &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; . Angajatorul poate schimba, pe durata determinata, felul muncii, in conditiile legii, cu mentinerea salariului stabilit sau cu acordarea unui salariu mai mare, convenit de comun acord cu salariatul.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">III.&nbsp;&nbsp;Conditii de angajare: o norma intreaga, o fractiune de norma de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. . Durata timpului de lucru este de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. ore\/zi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">IV.&nbsp;&nbsp;Salariul lunar este de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. lei, din care salariul de baza de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. lei si urmatoarele sporuri &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. . Orele suplimentare prestate in afara programului normal de lucru sau in zilele in care nu se lucreaza ori in zilele de sarbatori legale se platesc cu sporuri prevazute in Codul muncii sau in contractele colective de munca. Salariatul &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. beneficiaza in plus si de urmatoarele drepturi banesti &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. . Data la care se plateste salariul este &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">V.&nbsp;&nbsp;In situatia in care salariatul\/salariata &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. este trimis\/trimisa in delegatie beneficiaza de urmatoarele drepturi:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">a) transport &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">b) cazare &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">c) diurna &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VI.&nbsp;&nbsp;Durata concediului anual de odihna este de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. zile, in raport cu vechimea in munca a salariatului, de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. ani.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VII.&nbsp;Drepturi specifice legate de protectia muncii:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">a) echipament de protectie &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">b) echipament de lucru &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">c) antidoturi &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">d) alimentatie de protectie &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">e) alte drepturi si obligatii privind protectia muncii &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. .<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">VIII. Alte clauze: &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">IX.&nbsp;&nbsp;Obligatii generale ale partilor:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Angajatorul are obligatia:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">a) sa plateasca salariatului drepturile salariale cuvenite pentru munca prestata si sa ii acorde celelalte drepturi prevazute de lege si de contractele colective de munca;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">b) sa ii asigure salariatului conditii corespunzatoare de munca, cu respectarea masurilor de protectie a muncii;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">c) sa retina si sa vireze la timp contributiile salariatului pentru asigurarile sociale, pensie suplimentara, pentru constituirea Fondului pentru plata ajutorului de somaj si celelalte contributii prevazute de dispozitiile legale;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">d) in cazul incetarii contractului, sa ii plateasca drepturile la zi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Salariatul are obligatia:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">a) sa realizeze norma de munca si celelalte sarcini ce decurg din functia sau postul detinut si sa raspunda de indeplinirea lor fata de angajator;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">b) sa respecte regulile stabilite prin regulamentul de ordine interioara al unitatii si normele de protectie a muncii, pastrarea secretului de stat si de serviciu.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: 19pt;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family: Arial;\">X.
