The regional training will take place between\u00a0<strong>11-15 July in Belgrade, Serbia<\/strong>\u00a0and will gather participants from\u00a0<strong>Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div>The training is a part of our annual work plan and is going to (1) enable young people to analyze their cities (think global) and (2) equip them with capabilities to conduct local activities on the spot with the goal to improve their communities (act local).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h1>ELIGIBILITY<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>CDN is looking for young people from the above-mentioned countries interested in topic regardless of their previous experience;<\/li>\n<li>Both urban activists and people who are new to this topic but keen on learning more and acting on the local level (phase 3 of the annual work plan) are encouraged to apply;<\/li>\n<li>The team will select participants respecting the criteria of gender and geographical balance, and take into consideration the diversity of participants\u2019 backgrounds regarding the event\u2019s topic;<\/li>\n<li>CDN is encouraging applications reflecting diversity in all forms, especially gender and sexual identity;<\/li>\n<li>The working language of the training will be\u00a0<strong>SCBM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>BENEFITS<\/h1>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Accommodation, food, working space, travel and visa costs for participants will be fully covered;<\/li>\n<li>For a selection of travel means the condition is to combine the most economical and environmentally friendly way (lowest price + travel time + CO2 emissions);<\/li>\n<li>Participants are expected to be fully present and participating the<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p> <a href=\"http:\/\/univerwork.com\/second-steps-for-alternative-urbanisation-regional-training-in-serbia\">SECOND STEPS FOR ALTERNATIVE #URBANISATION (REGIONAL #TRAINING IN #SERBIA)<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 JOBS\/INTERSHIPS\/TRAININGS\u00a0\u2013 UNIVERWORK.COM Follow @PettisFight \u00a0 Deadline:\u00a010 June 2018Open to:\u00a0participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, and SerbiaVenue:\u00a011-15 July 2018 in Belgrade, Serbia DESCRIPTION CDN\u00a0is announcing a call for participants of the second Balkan Regional Training of the Annual Work Plan \u201cUrban Steps for Resilient Future \u2013 Building Youth Activism in Eastern Europe\u201d.
