We will ask you a series of short questions about your background and aptitude.<\/p>\n<p>45-60 MINUTES<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 When you complete the initial questions above, you\u2019ll be given the option to take the \u201cDeeper Signals Personality Profiler\u201d. Be sure to complete this before you log out (it\u2019s fun!).<\/p>\n<p>20 MINUTES<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 If you are selected to move to the next stage (we\u2019ll let you know within 3 days), you\u2019ll proceed to take an online assessment on the Shortlist platform.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Screening Process<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Functional Assessment: This is your chance to show us what you know about your area of specialisation.
